To help us act quickly, your notice should include at least the following. Notices missing this information may not be actionable and we may ask you to resubmit.

• The sotiny.app URL(s) at issue. The full short link, for example https://sotiny.app/a/aBc123. List every short link you are reporting.
• The URL of the linked content. The destination page the short link redirects to, so we can confirm what is being reported.
• Contact information for the entity requesting removal. Full legal name of the copyright owner or the person or company authorized to act on their behalf, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the work you claim has been infringed, and a URL or copy of the original if one is available. If the notice covers multiple works, a representative list is acceptable.
• A good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• An accuracy and authority statement. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent. Typing your full legal name in the email is sufficient as an electronic signature.

This list is not exhaustive. Include any other detail that helps us identify the material, and note in your notice if the matter is urgent, for example if the link is being used in an active phishing or impersonation campaign.

We review notices as we receive them. If a notice is valid, we will disable the reported short link so it no longer redirects, and we will notify the account that created it, including a copy of your notice. We may also suspend the account depending on the circumstances.

Disabling a short link does not remove the content it pointed to. Only the host of the destination site can do that.

If you created a short link that was disabled and you believe it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to bioruststudios+dmca@gmail.com. Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address; identification of the short link that was disabled and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the link was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district in which you reside, or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the short link in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity in question.

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make claims you are not entitled to make. If you are unsure whether a use is infringing, consider consulting an attorney before sending a notice.
